Hello friends! Welcome to Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #48! Boy, do we have a fun challenge for you this round. We're creating cards based on our favorite book, movie or song. I chose my favorite book, The School of Essential Ingredients by Erica Bauermeister. It's a wonderful story about a cooking school instructor and several of her students.
After stamping out my images from Baked with Love, the first thing I did was choose my patterned paper. I had spotted the kitchen-themed print in the Our House 6x6 by Carta Bella, and I knew it would be the perfect backdrop for my images. I colored them all to match and trimmed them out with the matching dies.
For my focal panel, I trimmed down the pink and red polkadot patterned paper with the Large Cross Stitched Square Stackables and adhered all my images centered around the cupcake on the stand. To give them a place to stand, I added my greeting on an Everyday Sentiments Banner.
I adhered the rest of my papers to my Ballet Slippers card base and popped the focal panel up with foam tape. As I finishing touch, I added just a bit of Crystal Stickles to the flour, salt, and frosting.
