Holiday Card Series 2020 #23

Hey friends! Today I'm happy to bring you a campground Christmas card for Day 23 of my 2020 Holiday Card Series! This one features the adorable Christmas Camper set from Newton's Nook. I colored the images with Copic markers and trimmed them out with the matching dies.

Next I chose two patterned papers from the Simple Stories Christmas Cottage 6x8 pad. The tree print I cut down with the Lawn Fawn Large Stitched Rectangle Stackables and the Lawn Fawn Reverse Stitched Scalloped Windows to create a frame. The second print I used as my sky, and layered two Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside Border snowdrifts over top. I stamped a sentiment in the lower right corner with Lawn Fawn Lobster Ink. I popped the frame up with foam tape, adhered my images, and finished off with a bit of Stardust Stickles.

Holiday Card Series #20 - Lawn Fawnatics #89

Hello friends, welcome to Lawn Fawnatics #89! This round is super fun because it's all about happy holiday critters! We were experiencing a heat wave here in Pennsylvania last week, so that inspired me to create a tropical-themed Christmas card using Life Is GoodCheery ChristmasCar Critters Christmas Add-on, and On the Beach. I colored all the images with Copic markers and trimmed them out with the matching dies.

For the background, I blended Distress Oxide Inks onto a piece of Bristol Smooth Surface Cardstock to create a beach scene. I die cut that panel with a Small Stitched Rectangle Stackables and also added in two little slits with the Sandy Beach Accents. I tucked the seashells into those slits and popped the focal panel up with foam tape over some Let It Shine 6x6 paper which I trimmed down with the Large Stitched Rectangle Stackables.

I adhered all that to a Guava card base and finished it off with a red heat embossed sentiment and some Stardust Stickles. I also did some stamping on the inside of the card, which you can check out in the video tutorial.

This is also Day 20 of my 2020 Holiday Card Series! You can watch the video by clicking below or here on YouTube. If you enjoy it, please don't forget to like and subscribe!

25 Days of Christmas Tags - Lawn Fawn - Holiday Card Series #19

Hello friends, welcome to Day 14 of Tracey McNeeley's 25 Days of Christmas Tags! Today is Lawn Fawn's turn to shine. For my tags, I started with the Tag You're It dies, and stamped the tree scene from Over the Mountain Borders, plus the tiny reindeer and Santa from Tiny Christmas on the side. I colored them with Copics and trimmed the reindeer and Santa out with the matching dies.

I wanted both sides to look finished and cute, so I added some Let It Shine 6x6 paper to the back, and also used it for the hole reinforcer on the front. Then on the smaller white tag, I stamped a couple sentiments from For You Deer in Lobster Ink. To finish them off, I added some Stardust Stickles and Mistletoe Twine.

This is also Day 19 of my 2020 Holiday Card Series, so if you'd like to see how these tags came together, click below or watch on YouTube. And if you enjoy it, please consider liking the video and subscribing to my channel. It helps so much!

Holiday Card Series 2020 #17

Hey friends, happy Monday! Today I've got a sweet little scene for you for Day 17 of my 2020 Holiday Card Series. It features a gorgeous image illustrated by Anita Jerum (of Guess How Much I Love You) for the Colorado Craft Company called Snow Happy. I colored the entire panel with Copic markers, including the background, then die cut it out using an MFT Wonky Stitched Rectangle STAX.

For my patterned papers, I chose three prints from the Echo Park A Lumberjack Christmas 6x6 pad, and trimmed the two largest down with the Lawn Fawn Large Stitched Rectangle Stackables. The woodgrain print I cut out with scissors along the planks to give them a bit of a rustic look. I stamped the sentiment in Lawn Fawn Lobster Ink, popped the focal panel up with foam tape, and finished the card with some White Gel Pen snow and a little Stardust Stickles.

Holiday Card Series 2020 #16

Hey friends! It's time for Day 16 of my 2020 Holiday Card Series! Today's card features the adorable Mama Elephant Gingerbread Cookies. I just love these sweet little guys! Aren't they so charming? I stamped them in Lawn Fawn Jet Black Ink, colored them with my Copic markers, and added some detail with a White Jelly Roll Pen. Then I trimmed them out with the matching dies.

I chose three patterns from the Simple Stories Winter Cottage 6x8 pad and trimmed them down with the MFT A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Set 2 and layered two of them onto my Lawn Fawn Ballet Slippers card base. The third I made my focal panel, since it looked like a tablecloth, and popped that up with foam tape. I adhered my images with liquid glue and finished off the card with some Stardust Stickles.

Holiday Card Series #14 - Lawn Fawnatics #88

Hey friends, welcome to Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #88! This round is all about the Christmas tree! On my card, we're getting a peek inside this polar bear family's living room on Christmas Eve, my favorite night of the year! I started by combining images from Den Sweet Den and Christmas Dreams. I colored them with Copic markers and trimmed them out with the matching dies.

For the focal panel, I took a piece of Dolphin Cardstock and die cut the largest of the Stitched Dens to create a window. Then I backed it with a piece of Let It Shine 6x6 paper for the wallpaper, and added a Woodgrain Cardstock Neutrals floor, with a strip of White Cardstock for the base board.

I popped the frame up with Foam Tape, and adhered my images with liquid glue. To finish it off, I added an Everyday Sentiment Banner with a sentiment stamped in Cranberry Ink, and a little Stardust Stickles for a little holiday bling.

25 Days of Christmas Tags - Sunny Studio

Hello friends! Welcome to Day 1 of 25 Days of Christmas Tags with Tracey McNeeley! Today Sunny Studio Stamps is kicking things off with tons of inspiration for you. I'm featuring the adorable Hedgey Holidays, which I colored with Copic markers and trimmed out with the matching dies.

For the tag, I used the Stitched Arch Dies and cut those out of cardstock and some Holiday Cheer 6x6 paper. I cut the white polkadot print into snowdrifts with the Slimline Nature Borders and the candy cane stripe at the top with the Slimline Basic Borders. Then I added a hole reinforcer from the Sliding Window dies.

I stamped a sentiment at the bottom in Lawn Fawn Lobster Ink and stamped the to: and from: and some leaf flourishes from Season's Greetings on the back to be filled out later for the recipient. To finish it off, I added a bit of Peppermint Lawn Trimmings.
