BRAND NEW LAWN FAWN!!! Yay!!!

This is the gorgeous Penelope's Blossoms, 

which I have totally fallen in love with.

Such a versatile stamp set. 

You could do so many variations on this.

This is also the second installment in my Spring Card Series.

Hey all, today I wanted to share a card I made using the

Paper Smooches "Flap Happy" stamp set along with my Twinkling H2Os.

(Yes, I know, I know, I'm obsessed.)

I ran into some difficulty while using the Butterflies 3 dies,

which turned out to be just consumer error. ;)

I had the die cuts upside down!

The Best And Most Beautiful Things

Hello there!

Have you had a chance to play with the February

Crafter's Companion Challenge yet?

This month is all about CAS and I'll admit, this is the hardest style for me.

I have white space issues! ;)

So for today's card, I did a pretty mottled watercolor background

with my Twinkling H2Os (yes, another one!)

and topped it with some simple stamping using 

Sheena's A Little Bit Scenic "Flying Colors" and 

a great quote from Everyday Sentimentals "Love Is All You Need".

I couldn't resist using just a few sequins from Pretty Pink Posh.

Adam's Special Delivery

Hello, hello!

Today I am here with a super cute new release from Crafter's Companion.

If you are a fan of the Angelica & Friends stamp line, 

you are really going to love Angelica & Adam!

The Angelica & Adam range will release February 25th

and will have four Adam EZMount rubber stamps, 

as well as 8 all-new clear acrylic stamps.

Lawnscaping Challenge #76

Hello!

Welcome to Lawnscaping Challenge #76!

There are definitely no unloved stamp sets in my Lawn Fawn collection,

 but with so many adorable sets to choose from, 

there are definitely some that haven't been used in a while.

For my card I chose to dust off Flutter By and Many Thanks.

I used my Twinkling H2Os to paint the background 

and then stamped my images with Ranger Archival Jet Black ink.

I added some Sparkling Clear sequins from Pretty Pink Posh

(my current favorite card embellishment) as a finishing touch.

I hope you guys aren't getting tired of seeing me use Twinkling H2Os 

because I am totally in love and can't get enough of them!

I just wish the shimmer would show up better on camera. 

Perhaps you can see it better in this photo?

In real life it is just so pretty!

You Only Live Once

Hey all!

So I finally got a chance to break into those 

Twinkling H2Os that I got for Christmas.

Oh my goodness are they pretty!

The shimmer was impossible to capture in this photo,

but in real life it is so gorgeous! 

I am going to have so much fun creating with them.

But before I get ahead of myself let me give you the deets

on this card -- after I created my background with washes of color,

I stamped Sheena's A Little Bit Scenic "Flying Colors"

from Crafter's Companion with Ranger's Archival Jet Black ink.

Then I used an awesome Mae West quote from

Everyday Sentimentals "Friends and Family."

At the very last second, I smoothed my hand over the paper

and smeared the sentiment a little bit, but the overall card was 

so pretty, I decided to share it anyway.

Floral Hugs

Hello there!

I'm here with an exciting new release from Crafter's Companion!

You may be familiar with Sheena Douglass' beautiful stamp lines,

and now she's come out with 8 new embossing folders as well!

For my card I used the Petite Floral embossing folder,

inking it up with Lulu Lavender Memento ink.

I paired it up with a great phrase from the Everyday Sentimentals

Love Is All You Need and outlined it with my 

LV1 Spectrum Noir marker.

Sweet Love

Hello everyone!

Today I've got a sweet card to share using the 

Camden Town "Female 1" set from Crafter's Companion 

paired with a sentiment from Mulberry Wood "Sweet Love".

I've colored it in with my Spectrum Noirs in shades

BT1, BT2, FS1, FS2, FS3, FS4, CR1, CR2, CR3, CR6, PP2, and PP3

on SN Ultra Smooth Premium White Cardstock.

I've also used some strips of paper from the 

Lucky in Love 6x6 by My Mind's Eye and some sequins

from Pretty Pink Posh.

For my card, I used the Lawn Fawn Love You Tons stamps and dies
as well as the Lawn Fawn Circle and Scalloped Circle Stackables.
I used the My Mind's Eye Lucky In Love 6x6
and added some faux stitching around the edges as a border.
