Good morning, friends! I hope you're enjoying one of the last Saturdays of summer. I'm headed to the beach for my writer's group picnic in a little bit, but before I go, I wanted to share the results of my craft session yesterday.
Before I left for Germany, I was taking part in Kathy Racoosin's The Daily Marker 30 Day Coloring Challenge, which is great for building up your stash of colored images. I pulled out all the ones from Avery Elle's Woodland Wonders, and determined to use them all in as many cards as I could make.
Since I love cards with full scenes, I made sure to use at least a couple of these cute critters per card, and ended up with four cards in total. I had to color and die cut extra elements like trees, bushes, and grass to pull the whole look together, but it was a lot easier having the images colored and die-cut before I began.
I went ahead and filmed the entire process. I hope you enjoy it! Click on the YouTube icon at the bottom right corner of the video player to watch it there in HD, and please don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe! Also, I recently hit 10,000 subscribers on my channel (crazy!) so I'm putting together a celebratory video hop with special guests and awesome prizes. That will take place next month, so stay tuned!
Have an awesome weekend!
