Holiday Card Series 2020 #12

Hey friends, welcome to Day 12 of my 2020 Holiday Card Series! Today I'm featuring the adorable Avery Elle Santa Jaws stamp set with these smiley sharks! I absolutely love them. I colored them with Copic markers and trimmed them out with the matching dies.

I chose two patterns from the Photoplay Not a Creature was Stirring 6x6 pad. On the solid teal paper, I stamped the sentiment and some bubbles and a few snowflakes from Lawn Fawn Mice on Ice with Noble Fir Ink. I adhered that directly to my MFT Sno Cone card base. The striped print, I trimmed out with the MFT A2 Rectangle Frames and popped up over top with Foam Tape. As a finishing touch, I added some sparkle with Stardust Stickles.

Boo To You Card

Hey friends! Today I have a card to share that is too cute to spook! I used the adorable Frightful Little Bits stamp set from Hello Bluebird along with the beautiful Pathway Background. I stamped the images in Lawn Fawn Jet Black Ink and then had a blast coloring in everything with Copic markers.

I trimmed the background down with the Lawn Fawn Outside In Stitched Rectangle Stackables and the images with their matching dies. Then I adhered the background to a Lawn Fawn Fake Tan card base and adhered the images with a mix of liquid glue and foam tape. To finish off the card, I stamped on the inside in Lawn Fawn Pumpkin Spice Ink.

Holiday Card Series 2020 #8 - Lawn Fawnatics #87

Hello and welcome to Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #87! Today we have a card sketch to inspire you! I absolutely love using card sketches, but if you are new to them, this one is super easy to flip and twist and make your own. I've been dying to play with the cute mice from A Creature was Stirring so they are the stars of today's show. I colored them with Copics and trimmed them out with the matching dies.

I used a whole bunch of patterned papers from both the new Let it Shine 6x6 pad, plus last year's Snow Day Remix. I used the Large Stitched Rectangle Stackables to die cut the green and white stripe and added that to the Guava card base. Then I die cut the end of the red snowflake print with the Stitched Party Banner and layered that down the center. The holly print and text print were both cut with the Large Stitched Circle Stackables and glued to the teal polka dot Scalloped Circle Stackable. Then I popped that up with foam tape to be my focal panel.

To finish off the card, I adhered my images, and added an Everyday Sentiment Banner with the greeting stamped in Lobster Ink. I blinged it out with some Stardust Stickles and a sprinkle of Enamel Dots. I also finished off the inside of the card, which you can check out in the video.

Fall Fox Card - Pumpkins 5 Ways

Hey, friends! Today I'm happy to bring you a fun fall card featuring the Hello Bluebird Pumpkin Time stamp set. I also pulled in two pumpkins from Fall Buddies so that I could color them in five different ways to give you some more options. I used my Copic markers and trimmed the images out with their matching dies.

For the background, I die cut the Oak Tree Scene out of some Bristol Smooth Surface and colored the different sections with Distress Oxide Ink. I used Faded Jeans for the sky, Gathered Twigs and Ground Espresso for the tree, Carved PumpkinMustard Seed, and Evergreen Bough for the leaves, and Evergreen Bough and Twisted Citron for the grass. I adhered all my images and finished off the card with a sentiment stamped in Lawn Fawn Walnut Ink.

Lift the Flap Tree Card - Lawn Fawnatics #86

Hello friends, and welcome to Lawn Fawnatics 86! This round is all about Halloween/Fall Inspiration. I leaned toward the fall side of things, using the leaves and pumpkin images to inspire my interactive card. And I even threw a crow in there as a nod to the black in the other photos. My card combines images from Den Sweet DenLet's Go NutsMom + Me, and Happy Harvest. They were all colored with Copics and cut out with the matching dies.

For my background, I started with the Lift the Flap Tree Backdrop die cut from Ground Coffee Cardstock and backed the openings with Kraft Cardstock. Then I added the mama and baby owl behind the right flap, the sleeping squirrel and acorn pile in the left, and stamped a sentiment from Love Poems in Walnut Ink in the center.

I cut a Grassy Border from Noble Fir and adhered it to a Mermaid card base, then added the tree backdrop over top, and a Cilantro hillside. Then I adhered my images. To finish off the card, I added a whole bunch of leaves from Acorn House in a rainbow of cardstock colors. You can find them all listed and linked below the video on YouTube.

Hello friends! Today I'm excited to bring you Day #3 of my 2020 Holiday Card Series! The MFT Present Time by Birdie Brown stamp set is definitely the star of this show! I just adore these fun and happy snowmen. I stamped them in Lawn Fawn Jet Black Ink, colored them with Copics, and trimmed them out with the matching dies.

For my background, I pulled a snowflake pattered paper from the PhotoPlay Not a Creature was Stirring 6x6 pad and trimmed that down with the MFT A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Set 2 and added a Stitched Hillside Border from Lawn Fawn for the snow. I stamped my sentiment on that with Lawn Fawn Lobster Ink and adhered my images with liquid glue

I layered more patterned papers onto my Lawn Fawn Mermaid card base and popped the focal panel up with foam tape. For a finishing touch, I added some sparkle with both the Spectrum Noir Clear Glitter Overlay Pen and some Stardust Stickles.
