Jungle Trio Birthday Card

Happy Monday, friends! I'm super excited for today's card because I'm finally featuring the little gorilla that stole my heart from the Hello Bluebird Word Buddies Jungle stamp set, along with two of his friends, and some leaves from Jungle Littles. I colored all these cuties with Copic markers and trimmed them out with the matching dies

Then I die cut three tags from Echo Park Let's Go Camping patterned paper, and used the Lawn Fawn Outside In Stitched Rectangle Stackables for the background panel. I adhered the background panel to a Kraft card base, then popped up the three tags with foam tape and adhered my images with liquid glue. Then I white heat embossed onto a Lawn Fawn Everyday Sentiment Banner, and finished the card with some gold flecks on the tags using the Gansai Tambi Starry Colors.

Christy Gets Crafty with My Favorite Things - August

Good morning again! Today is a double-feature, since it's time for the August edition of Christy Gets Crafty with My Favorite Things! This month I could not resist the cute critters in  Stacey Yacula's Sweetest Safari Set 1 and Sweetest Safari Set 2. I colored the lion, zebra, and tree with Copic markers and trimmed them out with the matching dies.

I cut the focal panel out of Kraft Cardstock with the Slimline Double Stitched Rectangle STAX and stamped it all over with the leaves from the two stamp sets. Then I die cut three windows using the Slimline Stitched Circle Trio. I backed it with Sno Cone Cardstock for the sky, and Sour Apple for the Slimline Grassy Hills. I finished off the card with an Essential Stitched Sentiment Strips.

Bunny Birthday Card

Hello everyone! Today I've got a sweet birthday card for you using the bunnies from the Hello Bluebird Word Buddies Woodland stamp set, combined with a few accessory images from Moose and Friends and Flying High. I stamped all the images in Lawn Fawn Jet Black Ink, colored them with Copic markers, and trimmed them out with the matching dies.

For the background, I started with the sky, using the Lawn Fawn Cloudy Stencil and Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide Ink. I cut the Grassy Knolls from Noble Fir Cardstock and the tree tops from Cilantro and blended Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide Ink onto both. The trees were cut using the Hello Bluebird Summer Woods Scene from Kraft Cardstock and blended with Gathered Twigs. I put together my scene and finished it with the Hello Bluebird Gallery Frame #4 die cut out of Doodlebug Fairy Garden 6x6 patterned paper and a bit of Stardust Stickles.

Mice Birthday Pop-Up - Lawn Fawnatics #107

Hey friends, welcome to another Lawn Fawnatics Challenge! This round is all about 3D cards, so I created a pop up kitchen using the Scalloped Box Card Pop-up and some White Woodgrain Cardstock. I cut off the front flap and added two rectangles to be my doors, and the doorknob from Acorn House for the pulls. For the countertops I used Black Licorice Cardstock, and patterned paper for the back splash.

Then I filled my kitchen scene with the mice from A Creature Was Stirring, and additional images from Baked With Love. I colored them all with Copic markers and trimmed them out with the matching dies. As a finishing touch, I added a White Heat Embossed sentiment from Critters from the Past.

Waterfall Wishes Card

Hello friends! Today I'm excited to share another card from my Guest Designing stint with Sweet November Stamps. I just love that tranquil waterfall scene and these sweet fairies. I combined Fairwees Make A SplashFairwees Make A Splash Expansion Pack, and Horizon Lines - Waterfall. I masked off the images using Inkadinkado Masking Paper, and colored them in with Copic markers, then trimmed down the panel with one of the MFT A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Set 2.

I used the same dies to trim down some Echo Park Let's Go Camping 6x6 paper and layered it onto a Lawn Fawn Cilantro card base. I stamped a sentiment on the focal panel in Versafine Onyx Black Ink and popped it up with Scotch 3M Foam Tape. Then I finished off the card with a bit of Stardust Stickes on the waterfalls, fairy wings, and fish. I also stamped on the inside using the FREE with $60 stamp set, which you can check out in the video.

Hello friends! Today I'm excited to be guest designing with Sweet November Stamps, illustrated by the incredible Amy Young, who is a phenomenal Copic colorist. She inspires me so much! Then I added a sky using the Lawn Fawn Cloudy Stencil and Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide Ink, and grass using the MFT Drifts & Hills Stencil with Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn. I removed the masks and colored the rest of the scene with Copic markers. Beach Day Card

Hello friends, happy Friday! Wouldn't it be amazing if today were a beach day? Well, that's where I'm taking you with this fun card featuring Hello Bluebird Seaside Girls and the By the Sea Background. These background images are just so much fun to color with Copic markers! And this one was no exception. I turned on an audiobook and had a great time.

I die cut the images with the coordinating Seaside Girls dies and trimmed down the background with the Lawn Fawn Outside In Stitched Rectangle Stackables. Then I adhered it to a Peacock card base and added a Lawn Fawn Everyday Sentiment Banner with a greeting from Typed Everyday. I finished up with some Stardust Stickles.

Hang In There Card - Lawn Fawnatics #106

Hey friends, welcome to another Lawn Fawnatics Challenge! This time we've got a super fun sketch for you to try. Card sketches are such great jumping off points of you're in need of a layout. For this card, I followed the diagonal lines from the top right to the bottom left, and replaced the one U shaped central focal point with two -- the sloths! Instead of adding a sentiment strip across the center, I used a branch shifted over to the left. That's what I love about card sketches! They're open to interpretation!

To create this scene, I combined several sets, including I Like NapsHang In ThereToucan Do It, and A Bug Deal. I stamped everything in Jet Black Ink, colored them with Copic markers, and trimmed them out with the matching dies. Then I die cut the Tropical Vine Borders out of Noble Fir Cardstock.

For the background, I blended Twisted Citron Distress Oxide Ink onto a piece of Bristol Smooth Surface Cardstock, then splattered on Mowed Lawn and some Starry Colors. Then I stamped a sentiment in the bottom right corner and added my images with liquid glue. I adhered the focal panel to a Cilantro card base and finished with a touch of Stardust Stickles.
