Art Journal with Me #15 - Own Your Dreams
Hey friends, today I'm excited to bring you my March Art Journal with Me video. This time I went with a fox theme in honor of my recent visit to Old Fox Books and Coffeehouse in Annapolis, MD. I was down in that area for my Grandma's 90th birthday party, so I just couldn't resist making an extra stop to check out this amazing bookstore! I'm chatting about all that and more in the video, so make sure to grab a snack and hang out with me!
As far as the supplies, I used some patterned paper from the Stamperia Forest 8x8 pad in my art journal, along with lots of different ephemera including washi tape, tickets, postage stamp stickers, and other junk journal supplies. I also included parking ticket receipts, and even part of a shopping bag from the store.
I really hope that you enjoy the video! I managed to squeeze this one in under an hour, so I hope you'll come hang out and spend some time with me. Grab some supplies and craft along or just sit back and have a good time. Thanks so much for watching!

Garden Fairy Wishes Birthday Card
Hey friends, today I've got a sweet Spring birthday card for you featuring the Hello Bluebird Fairy Garden stamp set. I just love this one and it could not be more perfect for the season. I think I could easily make a dozen cards like this one in different color palettes and never get tired of it! I colored the images with Copic markers and trimmed them out with the matching dies.
For the background, I kept it simple, blending Distress Oxides onto a piece of Bristol Smooth Surface Cardstock in Spun Sugar and Kitsch Flamingo. Then I splattered on some Gansai Tambi Starry Colors. I stamped a sentiment from Birthday Script, and popped up my images with foam tape. I finished it off with a few Sparkling Clear Sequins and some Stardust Stickles.

Elphie's Big Wish Card - Lawn Fawnatics Feature
Hey friends! Today I'm so happy to be featured over on the Lawn Fawnatics blog with another card for our Inspired by a Book, Movie, or Song Challenge! This one was inspired by a children's book with beautiful illustrations called, An Elephant Knows Best. You wouldn't believe how many sets I combined on this one card, but it all started with Elephant Parade Add-on, since he's the star of the show. Check out my post over there for a full list of supplies plus the inspiration photo! If you'd like to see how this card came together, click below or watch on YouTube. Thanks so much for stopping by!

Remarkably Bright Creatures Card - Lawn Fawnatics #145
Hey friends, welcome to another Lawn Fawnatics challenge! This one has been so popular in the past we had to bring it back -- it's Inspired by a Book, Movie, or Song. I decided to try to capture my favorite read of the year so far, Remarkably Bright Creatures by Shelby Van Pelt. I combined four different stamp sets for this one, and they are Ocean Shell-fie, You Are Sublime, Mermaid For You, and Scripty Bubble Sentiments. I colored the images with Copic markers and trimmed them out with the matching dies.
For the background, I used a piece of Bristol Smooth Surface Cardstock and blended on Distress Oxide Inks in Peacock Feathers, Mermaid Lagoon, and Blueprint Sketch for the water and Antique Linen and Gathered Twigs for the sand, which was trimmed out with the Stitched Hillside Borders.
To add the plant silhouettes along the sides, I stamped sea grass and coral images from Mermaid For You with Fish Tank and Blue Jay Ink. Then I adhered all my images with liquid glue, stamped the rest of my sentiment, and finished with a little Stardust Stickles. Check out the photo comparison of the card and the book. I hope I did it justice!

Christy Gets Crafty with My Favorite Things - March
Hey friends, today I'm so happy to be over on the MFT YouTube channel with the March edition of Christy Gets Crafty with My Favorite Things, and as a huge dog lover, this card was so much fun to create! I used the new YUZU Presents and Pupcakes and colored it with Copic markers to match some patterned paper from the Rainbow Love 6x6, then trimmed them out with the matching dies.
For the background, I took a piece of Bristol Smooth Surface Cardstock and blended on some Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide Ink in the center with the English Brick Wall Stencil. I stamped a sentiment at the bottom and trimmed it down with one of the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Set 2. I matted that with a piece of Caribbean Sea Cardstock. Then I popped that up over the patterned paper and adhered my images, finishing with some Stardust Stickles.

Lil Peanut Birthday Card - Lawn Fawnatics #144
Hey friends, welcome to another Lawn Fawnatics Challenge! This round is one of my most favorites because it is All Things Birthday! I never seem to have enough birthday cards in my stash so I'm always looking for an excuse to make more. For this one, I had to ink up the brand-new Elephant Parade stamp set. I love it so much! I colored the images with Copic markers and trimmed them out with their matching dies.
For my focal panel, I started with some Bristol Smooth Surface Cardstock, trimmed down with the Large Stitched Circle Stackables. Then I ink blended on some Broken China Distress Oxide Ink using the Cloudy Stencil. I cut down a second piece of Bristol with the grass portion of the Mushroom Border and blended on Shabby Shutters and Mowed Lawn.
Then I cut down some patterned paper from the What's Sewing On? and Stripes 'n Sprinkles 6x6 pads with the Scalloped Circle Stackables, Outside In Stitched Rectangle Stackables, and the Stitched Party Banners and layered them on a Sticky Note card base. I popped up the focal panel with foam tape, adhered my images, and finished with some sequins and Stickles.
