Lucky Pot of Gold Card - Lawn Fawnatics #215

Hey friends! With Spring just around the corner, we are celebrating All Things Rainbow for our newest Lawn Fawnatics Challenge! I went for a pastel color palette on my card, with the sweet moles from A Mole Lot of Love finding the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow! A huge dream of mine when I was a small child!

I brought in additional images from Purrfectly Wicked and Ahoy, Matey, and did a little switcheroo, taking the gold coins from the treasure chest and putting them into the cauldron. You'll have to watch the video tutorial to see how I did that!

I blended my background using the Cloudy Stencil and Slimline Grassy Stencil. Then I die cut the Stitched Rainbow out of Spiffy Speckles patterned paper. I added two Spring Showers clouds and a custom sentiment using Henry's Build-A-Sentiment: Love and Oliver's Stitched ABCs. I added a bit of Stardust Stickles for some sparkle.

If you'd like to see how this card came together, click the thumbnail below, or you can also find the tutorial HERE on my YouTube channel, Christy Gets Crafty. I hope you enjoy it! And don't forget to join in our All Things Rainbow Challenge! We can't wait to see your colorful projects!

Six Ways to Color Moles

Hey friends, today I'm back with another video in my Ways to Color Critters Series! This time, I'm sharing combos and ideas for how to color moles, using the adorable A Mole Lot of Love stamp set from Lawn Fawn. I've stamped the images in Lawn Fawn Jet Black Ink on Catherine Pooler Favorite White Cardstock and colored them with Copic markers. To see the coloring in action, click on the video thumbnail below, or you can find it HERE on my YouTube channel, Christy Gets Crafty. I really hope you enjoy it!

Valentine Card Series 2026 #4 - Lawn Fawnatics #214

Hey friends, it's time for one of our most popular Lawn Fawnatics challenges of the year: Inspired by a Book, Movie, or Song! People get so creative with this one! It always blows me away. For my card, I was actually inspired by two picture books in the same series: If You Give a Mouse a Cookie and Happy Valentine's Day Mouse.

I needed a mouse in overalls, so I pulled in one from Berry Special and added images from Milk and Cookies, along with a trio of hearts from the Scent with Love Add-on. I colored them with Copic markers to match the patterned paper that I wanted to use, and trimmed them out with the matching dies.

I adore patterned paper, and I wanted to pull in a lot of different prints for this card. I used one from Candy Cane Lane and two from Rainbow Ever After for the cardbase. Then I used a fourth print from Spiffy Speckles, which I trimmed out with the Doily Hearts for my focal panel.

This is also Day 4 of my 2026 Valentine Card Series, so if you'd like to see how it came together, click the video thumbnail below, or you can find it HERE on my YouTube channel. I really hope you enjoy it! Don't forget to check out the rest of the Design Team samples on the Lawn Fawnatics blog and link up your own projects to play along! We can't wait to see what you create!
